These Terms of Use (together with any documents they reference, the “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of Pandemic Labs’ game Insider and its related website and services (collectively, the “Game,” “Website,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

By using the Game, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Game.
• You have full authority to enter into this Agreement.

If you register on behalf of an organization, you further represent that the organization is duly formed and that you have authority to bind it to this Agreement.

2. No Professional Advice

All content in the Game and on the Website is for entertainment and informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax, or any other professional advice. You should consult qualified advisors regarding your specific circumstances. We disclaim all liability for actions taken based on the Game’s or Website’s content.

3. Restricted Jurisdictions

You must not access or use the Game from any jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable law or regulations. Prohibited locations include, but are not limited to, countries subject to comprehensive OFAC sanctions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, Venezuela), and any other jurisdiction we may designate from time to time.

4. Risk Disclosures

By playing Insider, you acknowledge and agree to the following risks:

• Gameplay Risks: The Game is experimental and may contain bugs, downtime, or unexpected behavior. You accept the risk of technical failures, user errors (e.g., mis-sending funds), or third-party actions.
• Token Risks: The Game involves onchain tokens, including Bonding Tokens (27%), Migrating Tokens (23%), and allocations to the Game Treasury (50%). Token values may fluctuate and can be lost.
